Seyvaud’s fountain

Beautifully decorated with flowers according to the season.

In the nineteenth century, a child of Bessines, called Jean Henry Seyvaud, who made his fortune in Paris offered to pay for the construction of a fountain topped by a Bacchus, in the heart of the village.
It was unveiled on the 2nd October 1887.
